Community Guidelines

notemyself is a ring for people who keep their own corner of the web. We index links, not pages — but the directory still carries our name, so a few rules keep it worth being in.

Sites in the ring should be

• Yours to publish — you control the host and the content.
• A genuine personal site, portfolio, blog, or zine. Not a storefront doorway or SEO farm.
• Reachable over public HTTPS with the ownership tag in place.

Sites get removed for

• Phishing, malware, or impersonation of another person or brand.
• Cloaking — showing notemyself's crawler different content than human visitors.
• Illegal content, or harassment targeting a person or group.
• Pure link spam with no original work behind it.

Because we never host your files, removal here only takes a site out of the directory and ring — it never touches your actual page. Report a problem site at hello@notemyself.com.
